Football coaches

I like simple ideas . I read recently that the Arsenal player Paul Merson was asked when he played for the coach Arsene Wegner why the team was doing so well after jsut a short time with Wenger. His response
"Easy he gives us massive self belief . Practice is great all positives , no negatives at all..."
Wenger was asked about his belief.His response "The players give 100% at practice and in their games. What more could a coach want? "
By seeing the best in people and having a high expectation expressed verbally and using the right language a coach can be very powerful.....
And yes I'm wondering too if Wenger is still like this. Coaches and mangers who can build individual confidence are able to build team confidence. What do you see in your team, your people ?
