CEO Coaching and Private Equity coaching

Reading a couple of book about CEO's from top coaches working with Private equity backed companies.

It makes me think there's so much overlap between these CEO's and the private equity coaching I do with Private equity partners and directors looking at their own career and wanting to unlock more potential ....
